What necklace sizes do you offer? 

We offer a range of necklace lengths depending on your style and need, including 16", 20", & 24" in all materials. Our nameplate is offered in 16" and 20".

Help! My brass or bronze ring is turning my finger green. 

Sometimes the natural oils in our skin can cause a reaction with brass and bronze, leaving a mark on our skin or even the jewelry itself. Chemicals, lotions, sweat, even the foods we eat can all have an affect. (Don’t worry, we still love you, pizza!)

Brass and bronze can darken when worn close to the skin. If you are not a big fan of the antique look, we have a few tips. A preventative measure is avoid getting the pieces wet. To remove the tarnish, you can use either a polishing cloth or commercial brass and bronze cleaner, these should shine them right up.

What kind of shipping do you offer?

We offer USPS as the standard shipping method for all deliveries. USPS shipping is offered at a flat rate of $4.99 with 1 - 3 business days in transit.

 

Do you offer same day delivery?

We offer USPS standard shipping which delivers in 1 - 3 business days.

 

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we only offer shipping to the US, please sign up for our newsletter for updates on when we will offer international shipping. 

 

 

Order Questions

 

What is the status of my order?

Upon purchasing a Spring & Wonder piece, you’ll receive an order confirmation email containing an estimated arrival date as well as additional updates throughout the process. Since all of our products are made to order, we have a relatively short production time - meaning you won’t have to wait too long to get your hands on your new custom jewels. Is there sales tax on my order?

Sales tax will be applied to all orders placed in New York, Washington, and Washington DC.

 

How can I cancel my order? 

As all products are made to order, there is a one hour window to cancel your order before it enters the system. After this window orders are no longer able to be canceled.

 

Do you have a phone number I can call?

At this time we do not have a phone service, all orders must be placed online. Please reach out to our service team with any questions you may have at support@springandwonder.com.

 

 

Return Questions

 

What is the return policy?

Spring & Wonder offers full money back guarantee on all orders. If you’re not happy with your order, contact our customer service team within 10 days of receiving your product with your order id number and our service experts will refund you.

How do I make a return?

In order to send back an item to Spring & Wonder please reach out directly to our support team at support@springandwonder.com within 10 of receiving your piece.

Please send us your order number, email, and reason for return. A photo is always helpful for us to help understand your concern and provide you the best possible results.
